Celebrating with students at the Outstanding Student and Faculty Recognition Ceremony (2024).
I believe strong curriculum design creates a learning journey that builds confidence, deepens skills, and connects classroom goals to real-world growth.
My process combines backward design (starting with Common Course Outcomes), alignment mapping (tying activities to Bloom’s taxonomy and course objectives), and learner-centered design (ensuring every tool supports student agency and engagement).
Whether I’m developing a syllabus, designing a faculty training, or building an eLearning module, my goal is to make learning intuitive, measurable, and transferable.
