Women who juggle multifarious roles often relegate their own personal growth goals to the "someday I will" to-do list. Despite a deep desire for personal growth, time, energy, and accessible tools are often in short supply. Traditional self-help models can feel overwhelming or unrealistic in the midst of daily demands. Without consistent, achievable strategies, many women struggle to stay connected to their own needs, goals, and sense of self. This disconnect can quietly erode confidence, well-being, and the ability to envision a fulfilling future.
The eDiscovery Studio offers a new approach: micro-sized, research-informed personal growth challenges designed for real life. In just five minutes a day, women reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and make meaningful progress—without needing to overhaul their schedules. These tools are intentionally crafted to be efficient, empowering, and accessible anytime, anywhere. By blending eLearning theory with habit-building psychology, the experience becomes both transformative and sustainable. DailyMe+ is the app, set to launch in Spring 2025.
Beta testing of the web-based version revealed a 92% increase in users’ self-knowledge and self-awareness—demonstrating the power of small, consistent personal growth challenges. However, 80% of participants reported they would prefer an app-based experience over the web platform for greater convenience and daily access. In response, the DailyMe+ app is now in its final production stages, with an anticipated release in Spring 2025.
As both a founder and educator, my life’s work has always centered on leveraging learning as a pathway to personal growth and lasting success. This platform reflects my belief that accessible, well-designed learning experiences can help everyone reconnect with their purpose, build self-trust, and grow into the strongest version of themselves.
DailyMe+ has evolved from its earliest form as a personal growth workbook to a slide deck and lecture series, and now, into a fully developed mobile app. I’ve led every stage of its development—researching and authoring all course content, applying evidence-based learning design principles to ensure meaningful user engagement. In addition to instructional design, I manage all aspects of the business, including web design and maintenance, app development, subscription and membership infrastructure, and financial operations.
